Great mug. Attractive and nice hand feel for a smaller/medium hand. Nice heft without being too heavy. I love that they are one of a kind so each one has an imperfection that makes it unique. By imperfection I don't mean anything is wrong with it but it is not cookie cutter as that is what makes handmade pottery beautiful. I initially ordered the wrong size and the seller was easy to deal work with to correct the issue. I only gave shipping a 4 star because the seller doesn't have control over where the purchase may sit and for how long. I would purchase from this seller again.
